Every holiday presents an opportunity to teach my kiddos about serving others. It’s important to me to make sure that they learn to think of others and to give back. I know this activity is so small but hopefully with every holiday, year after year, they will develop the expectation to give back with every chance they get. Last week we made rainbows with cotton balls and construction paper. This past weekend we stuffed little baggies with gold Rolo candies and we are delivering them this week to our friends and neighbors. A super easy way to train children to have a heart for others. (
