What I’m Lovin’ Wednesday: Summer Popsicles

59297328_gfCstBL0_cDon’t you just *love* popsicles in the summer time? They are so refreshing and cold.

I thought this was a great idea to help control the stickiness associated with popsicles in the summer: slip a cupcake liner on the popsicle stick to catch the drips.  Easy enough, right?59295546_OhjGUDqh_c

I love lime or strawberry popsicles, and the kind with real fruit inside.  What is your favorite summer popsicle treat?

How simple. A cupcake liner to catch drips. Why the heck didn't I think of that!?

Strawberry is my favorite! The picture of the ones with the strawberry slices in the popsicles look so good! And a cupcake liner is BRILLIANT! Totally doing that! :)

Hey Darby....have you ever have a shaved ice snow cone? Now that is the best in the summer. Sadly, there aren't any snow cone stands in Houston that I'm aware of but I think they have them in the burbs. If you haven't ever had one you gotta put that on the list of things to do one summer!!:)
