My 400 trillion year old blender finally died.
It was a sad day.
I cried.
Don’t tell anyone.
So the Mr. bought me a new one.
In honor of my new kitchen gadget, I thought I would try some new recipes :-)
Thus this 50 calories breakfast frappuccino.
Ingredients & Directions:
1 cup coffee, brewed1/2 cup of soy milk (I use light soy milk with vanilla flavor)
1 banana
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 cup of ice
Blend all ingredients together and serve cold.
Drink up!
While it may seem like this is an advertisement for Starbucks, it ain’t!
You can do this at home!
It’s the perfect way to start the day tasty without hurting your diet!
