What I’m Lovin’ Wednesday: Collars

For the past couple of weeks we have been waiting for Miss Tomlin to get a little bit bigger so that Phil could give her the new jewelry he bought her.  Keep in mind, it took me several years before I got jewelry from him and ‘lil T got it within 3 weeks. hmmmmmmm  I will tell myself it’s because her jewels are cheaper than my jewels ;-)
So anyways, I wanted to show you some of the jewels for Tomlin that I have been drooling over.  Pun intended.
This is her new necklace from Phil.  Appropriate, considering her name don’t you think?Steelers collar
A friend suggested Mimi Green that custom makes collars for your pup.  I love the velvet flower accents :-)Mimigreen collar flowers
I was walking Tomlin one morning, and being the social butterfly that she is, she met a stylish buddy wearing a bow tie collar.  How precious is that?!  If she were a boy you can bet she would have this in her collection ASAP! Polka dot collarSeer sucker collarOrange collar
If you know me, you know that I have a thing for bees, so when I saw this collar I was smitten! Bee Collar
Pinky’s Pet Gear makes some gorgeous preppy collars in brilliant colors using Lily prints.  How could I say no to this cute collar?!Pink Collar
I also adore the collars from Pecan Pie Puppies.  I want to order the entire collection for her!  But seriously, can you really blame me with these gorgeous collars?!Blue Hydrangea collarGreen and white flower collarIvory collar
I also really *love* Bow Wow Couture.  I love the the clever bows and fabulous prints!Blue CoutureDamask CoutureHoneysuckle CouturePink couture
Bow Wow Couture also has an adorable Hope for Somalia collar and flower set for sale (where 100% of proceeds go to the International Medical Corps and UNICEF).
Hope for somalia
When you see Tomlin next, please don’t hold it against her that she looks absolutely ridiculous in all these collars or that she has more “clothes” than I do. I accept complete responsibility, and I love every minute of spoiling her!

OH MY WORD! Those bow tie collars are tooo funny for little boy pups and those with the flowers are precious for Tomlin. I just wonder if she would try to take it off or scratch at the flower til it comes off? But, since you are starting her out early with it — she might just get use to it. MB — she wouldn't have any part of it! LOL

I got Harlow one of these at a dog festival this weekend. They slide right over top of the collar! http://www.etsy.com/listing/67064317/pittsburgh-steelers-medium-thread-thru?utm_source=googleproduct&utm_medium=syndication&utm_campaign=GPS

Hello Friend! What CUTE collars! I have never really looked beyond the normal stores---wow have I been missing out! I guess the problem is now I think I would like one with flowers on it and I would guess my husband is not going to think that is a great idea! :o) Anyways I hope you are doing well!

I love that Etsy shop and somehow I just saw this, but I freakin' love all of these and desperately want to bestow them all upon Bella and Max. The boyfriend gets mad that I change their collars more often than every five years and won't let me get the bow tie for Max because he claims it's over-feminizing him... I think the odds are good that when the boyfriend is away for work, Max might get to wear one in secret (it'll just be bad when Max pulls it out of the basket so we'll put it on him when his dad gets back... maybe I should work on this plan a bit more before putting it into action)! : )
