Greek Week

Martha sent me a recipe for Greek meatballs in January that I just had to try. The Mediterranean ingredients were fantastic in these meatballs & the tzatziki sauce was out of this world! What made these meatballs Greek? Basically, feta, oregano, & red-pepper flakes were added to a regular meatball recipe, & of course the tzatziki sauce completed the meal. Apparently I missed the part in the instructions stating that the recipe was for a double-batch, so I had to get creative the rest of the week redressing these meatballs.
The first night we had skewered Greek meatballs.
Night 2, I put the left-over tzatziki sauce on some French bread, & added the meatballs for awesome Greek sandwiches.
On the third night, I boiled some spaghetti noodles & added the meatballs to some marinara for Greek spaghetti.
We had a delicious Greek Week! Thanks Martha!
xoxo Darby
